W-2 Info

If you signed up for your W-2 to be emailed to you then please wait for your email to arrive. Then follow the instructions in the email. If you did not sign up for your W-2 to be emailed to you, then your W-2 will be mailed to your home address by January 31st.

SPMI has uploaded your W-2 to the Online Access (ezPayPlus) area. You may now print additional copies of your W-2. If you have never signed up for our Online Access (ezPayPlus) please click here for detailed instructions. If you have signed up and you have forgotten your login and/or password please email your name and the company you worked for in 2009 to w2@spmihr.com.
